All children aged 1 to 9 years in London will be offered a dose of polio vaccine. For some children this may be an extra dose of polio vaccine (on top of their routine vaccinations). In other children it may just bring them up to date.
If your child is eligible for an extra dose, the Surgery will contact you to ask you to book an appointment for your child’s polio vaccine.

A new NHS service has been launched to enable people across the UK to sign up for information on COVID-19 vaccine trials.

We now offer Online Consultations. This can be accessed from our website by clicking on the large “eConsult” banner that you can see on the Home Page. This allows patients to ask for advice about their health conditions, symptoms or request sick notes and GP letters. eConsult is available around the clock, day or night, and on the weekend. We will get back to you by the end of the next working day at the latest.
This means you won’t need to come into the surgery unless you need a face to face appointment. You may receive a call, email or text from the surgery with next steps, or to let you know your prescription is ready to collect.
Please note test results can be given online via the NHS App
Please note that the new NHS App is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet. To use the NHS App you must be aged 13 and over and registered with a GP surgery in England. The app is free and easy to download from the App Store or Google Play. For more information please visit:

Altenatively test results can also be given over the phone (Mondays and Fridays between 1pm-2pm)
Why haven’t I received my test results?
We will contact you if your test result comes back abnormal and any action is required. If you don’t hear from us, it means everything is normal.
If you don’t hear from us, but would still like to know the result of your test, you can still access the NHS App or call the surgery (Monday or Friday between 1pm – 2pm) to discuss this over the phone with the Practice Nurse.
